Torwen Eerkens finished 2nd in the girls 8 years 50m Breaststroke on Day 1 at the Brisbane Junior Championships. Torwen was just touched out for first in a time of 48.25. Torwen also finished 7th in the 50m Backstroke and 11th in the 50m Freestyle.
Harrison Raymond came 8th in the final of the boys 9 years 50m Freestyle with a big pb of 36.33. Harrison also made it through to the 100m Freestyle final.
Jim Siganto swam a massive pb of 39.45 in his 50m Freestyle race!
Tash Donovan swam a fast 47.2 in the girls 10yrs 50m Breaststroke and then backed up to swim 43.7 in the 50m Fly.
Adam Thompson stepped up and posted 47.75 in the boys 10year Breaststroke.
Yinte Eerkens swam a seasonal pb of 38.0 in her 50m Freestyle. Yinte also made it through to the 50m Breaststroke final where she finished 5th in a very close race.
