Friday afternoon Skills sessions for the remainder of term 4 have been posted to the calendar. Summary is:
- Oct 30 – Relays
- Nov 6 – Breaststroke
- Nov 13 – No session due to Sherwood Street Festival
- Nov 20 – Underwater technique
- Nov 27 – Dives
Skills sessions start at 4:45pm and are available to any squad swimmer who would like to improve on the particular skill being focussed on on the day. Skills sessions are offered at no additional charge.
