Our sign on forms are now available on our website. See below for links to the forms (these can also be found on our sign on page). Please complete the forms before coming to our sign on day – it speeds things up for everyone!

We ask that Squirts, Nemos, Hammerheads and Minisquad afternoon swimmers attend Sign On day due to limited places being available in each class.
Returning Intermediate and Senior squad swimmers can send their forms through the office or direct to our squad co-ordinators, rather than attend at Sign On.
In all cases payment is required to be made before your place in a class/squad is confirmed.
Swimmers who are new to the Club or who are unsure of the level they should be allocated to, should bring their togs, swim cap and goggles to Sign On day so that our coaches can see them swim before allocating them to a class. This is not always necessary but can help reduce class changes at the beginning of term.
