After a very exciting round of speeches and voting from our swimmers we are proud to announce the new Swim Club Captains for the 2015/2016 Season.
Girls Captain: Mia Hughes
Boys Captain: Jamie Preston
Girls Vice Captain: Kaitlyn Adams
Boys Vice Captain: Jordan Holmes.
A big congratulations to our new captains and also to the other nominees who delivered fabulous speeches on the night. We would be remiss not to mention and say thank you to the outgoing Captains Tate, Sally, Sam and Cameron.
A few quick reminders:
- Asta will be collecting lolly donations this Friday night to make up Halloween treats for the following week. Your contribution would be much appreciated.
- As previously mention the Pool will be hosting a swim carnival on Tuesday the 10th of November and is seeking volunteers during the day to assist in the Canteen and on the BBQ. Please email Asta on canteen@sherwoodsharks.com if you are able to help out.
For those new to the Club you may be interested in downloading the Meet Mobile app. This app allows you to follow the race results from our Club nights. It gives you access to individual race times and keeps a record of the personal bests and improvement of each swimmer throughout the season (Psych sheets in the free version) and extended real-time capability if you choose to purchase the app. Meet Mobile is available on the App Store.
