Welcome to 2013 and the start of a new year! We hope you’ve all had a great summer break!
For those keen to get back in the pool or do some early squad training to get that swim fitness back, holiday squad training is being held this week at the Sherwood pool (from Monday 21st January through to Friday 25th January 2013).
Time: from 7:30 until 9:00am each morning
The cost is $40 for the week (5 x days).
