Sherwood had 5 swimmers compete at the Brisbane Short Course Championships on Day 1.
Adam Thompson started the day off with a 100m Breaststroke. Adam swam a solid 1.44 which is good considering his small preparation.
Sarah Falloon had a fantastic debut at Chandler with 3 PB’s from 3 swims in the 50m Freestyle, Breaststroke and Backstroke. What was more impressive were Sarah’s reaction times off the blocks. 0.60!
Lottie Forno also swam 3 PB’s from 3 swims. These PB swims have given Lottie slot of confidence going into tomorrow.
Yinte Eerkens had a very successful day winning 2 Silver medals in the 50 and 100m Breaststroke. Yinte also swam 2 more PB’s in the 100m Freestyle and 50m Backstroke.
