Hi everyone,
Please see attached an updated version of the volunteer roster for the remaining two weeks of the term. Changes have been made to include some families who have not yet had a ‘duty’ this term. A huge thank you to everyone for your co-operation with the roster. It has taken a load off the Committee and been a great opportunity to get to know some of our newer members.
Racing will continue this week as usual. You may notice on your nomination form that we will be holding a 100m breaststroke race at the beginning of the night. Any children who would like to nominate for school district swimming may like to take the opportunity to record an official time in order to qualify to compete. District swimming is available for students 10 years and older. However anyone is welcome to compete in this event on Friday night…just don’t forget to register!
Friday the 6th of December will be our break up evening for the term. The evening will consist of novelty racing and a free swim with a free sausage sizzle and slushies for everyone. We look forward to a fun night to finish the first half of the season!
