Week 2 

Despite the cooler weather we had a huge turnout to our first Club Night of the season with 93 swimmers registered to race. Please remember that race nominations open each week on a Sunday evening and close at 6pm on Thursday nights. There are no nominations taken on the pool deck.

All Squads, Learn to Swim, Exercise Classes and Club Night are underway.

This Friday evening our Grade 5 Club Captain Nominees will be taking to the microphone at 6pm sharp to speak with all club members about why they believe they will make a great captain for the Sharks in our 2019/2020 season. Voting will commence directly after the speeches with results announced at Club Night on Friday the 25th of October.

Morning Squad Swimmers who eat breakfast at the pool please remember to bring a gold coin donation to contribute to the cost of purchases. This can be handed to Camilla.

 

Volunteer Roster

As previously explained the Sharks have implemented a new volunteer roster to share the workload on a Friday evening. At this stage each family will be asked to help on approximately two shifts throughout the term. If you are unable to assist at your allocated time please find a swap or replacement wherever possible. As registrations are still being received only the fist two weeks of the roster have been published to date.
